One price per meter, one setup fee per building, and as many meters as you need. The rates below are our standard ongoing rates.

The dashboard shows every site separately, so the Leeds office and the Bristol office stop being one number on a bill.
Out-of-hours use becomes visible.
Half-hourly data shows what runs at 2am. Empty floors with lights on stop hiding inside the monthly total.
Bills get checked before you pay.
Bill validation is included. Charges are matched against actual metered use, so errors are caught rather than absorbed.

Standard rateEnerlyse turns your energy data into a visual dashboard that tracks what each office actually uses. Energy monitoring covers gas and electricity. Bill validation is included at no extra charge.

Pay upfront and your first 3 months are free
Choose monthly payments, or pay 12 months upfront and get the first 3 months free. You can make that choice again each year of your agreement.
The one-off setup fee is £30 per building. It is invoiced at the end of month one and paid separately from the subscription.
