One consultancy covers the data, the compliance and the delivery. Nothing is handed off and nobody has to coordinate us.
DECs and ESOS, where they apply
Display Energy Certificates and ESOS assessments handled by a CIBSE-accredited Lead Assessor, with the monitoring data already flowing.
Energy audits
Optional audits at £750 each, available on request with an incentive for schools that want more than one: buy 2 get 3, or buy 4 get 6. No expiry pressure.
Project delivery
When the data shows a fix worth doing, we design it, coordinate it and deliver it, from lighting to heating controls to infrastructure.
Financing through PowerPacks
Projects that need capital can be financed rather than budgeted, so the work is not stuck waiting for a capital round.
Free climate sessions for your pupils
The differentiator that matters to staff and parents alike. We teach energy detective sessions in the classroom at Key Stage 2 and 3, free of charge, along the M62 corridor. Pupils work the school's own half-hourly graph, spot what should not be there, and take the case home with them.
