Stephen Eager – Business and Data Analyst

Stephen brings a fast paced exuberance to the team; yet his attention to delivery means he always does what’s expected of him. Stephen can be relied upon to focus fully on his tasks which makes him ideal to perform his data management, reporting and analysis roles.

Stephen started his career as a business analyst bringing about real change through reporting and providing senior stakeholders with insightful interpretations of data to facilitate decision making influencing increases in profitability.

He has worked in various organisations and developed skills in IT and administration.

Stephen says, “Whilst my core strength lies in reporting and analysis, I feel I can now fulfil a more varied role within the organisation not solely as an MI analyst.”

Stephen has the ability to extract accurate information and by effective interpretation, direct it to the relevant stakeholders; skilled at adjusting presentation of reports for use by non-analytical personnel; streamline reporting processes and take them through to full automation.

Stephen enjoys Mentoring, Interaction and support all stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels in the organisation to support their MI reporting/IT needs.
He also enjoys the organisation and collation of data in meaningful way to show trends, issues and problems, which can aid better decision-making for managers.

In his own time Stephen has many social and sporting interests. He loves going travelling and spending time outdoors. He says, “Most weekends, you find me on a good walk somewhere in the Yorkshire/Lancashire/Derbyshire countryside”. His sporting interests are extensive with regular fitness activity and watching sport, particularly Rugby League, Boxing and F1.
